The unforeseen trouble that a hole in a purse's lining can cause.
My personal experience is with misplacing an apartment key. The key wasn't to my own apartment and I don't think there was a spare - I felt horrible about the whole situation. The key was found before too much trouble was caused.
N's experience was with misplacing a car key. While there was a spare key, it was still an inconvenience.
In discovering a hole in N's purse, please see the wide array of lip gloss that was recovered. She thought that she had been misplacing them, but the abyss of her purse was really gobbling them up!
The hole in my purse (as well as in N's) have been sewn up - in hopes they won't cause more trouble in the future.
